Baseball/Softball/T-Ball
Little League
Leagues generally offer T-Ball, softball and baseball to kids ages 4 or 5 and up.  Boys, girls and co-ed programs are available. Parents are expected to volunteer.   A Challenger Division may be available in some leagues for kids 5-18 who have physical or mental disabilities (Call 558-0031.) Some area Little Leagues are shown below.  Check to find the area of the City each serves.

Frozen Ropes Omaha

Frozen Ropes Omaha teaches kids baseball and softball skills.  Classes range from the "Born to Play" program that teaches kids ages 3-5 basic athletic movement to the "Rookies"  (ages 5-7), "Minors" (ages 7-9), and "Majors" (ages 10-12) skill development programs.  Private and group lessons are available.  Frozen Ropes also has a fastpitch softball class called "Girls Night Out" for kids ages 7-12.  Birthday and team parties are also available.

Lil Sluggers

Lil Sluggers is a child development program created to introduce children ages 2-5 to the game of baseball. Lil Sluggers classes develop important baseball skills such as throwing, catching, hitting, and base running. Developmentally appropriate equipment and games are used to teach your child the game of baseball in a fun, exciting, and positive environment. Summer camps and birthday parties are also available.

Provides opportunities for girls ages 5-18 to learn and play softball.  Summer recreation league is available, as is a competitive league.

Omaha Sports Academy

Omaha Sports Academy offers soccer and baseball classes in a fun, non-competitive way for children ages 2-6.  They also have programs in volleyball, basketball, and soccer for older kids and adults.  Open gym times and pick-up games are available, too.
Papillion Recreation Organization
T-Ball/Baseball for kids ages 5-6 and up.  Girls softball for ages 7 and up. Parents are encouraged to volunteer to help.
YMCA
Metro Omaha YMCA locations offer a variety of soccer programs.
