Hi krisepps,
What's the boot camp you have in mind? What does that involve? And do you come to a client's home or work from a gym?

Hi Krisepps,
What type of deal can you for in-home training? We have a treadmill, bike, and Ab Lounge Ultra. How can I get a hold of you?
Thanks

Hi, Krisepps.
I have some of the same questions as booga. I recently started a weight management program through Alegent Health, and I have been exercising on a regular basis walking and jogging on the treadmill and outside. I also attend yoga classes now and then. However, I'm being told repeatedly that I have to add strength training to my regimen if I want to be fully successful. I would prefer to exercise at home. In addition to the treadmill, I have a Total Gym and free weights. I tried to use the Total Gym once right after my husband received it. I was more or less his guinea pig as he was having me try it out before he had read all of the instructions. I had an unfortunate experience that involved shooting backwards and down and having my skull slammed into part of the machine and then having some of my hair ripped out when I tried to get up. While I have long ago forgiven my husband and have nothing against the Total Gym people, I've been unable to summon up the courage to even get near this piece of equipment again. But I think I would if I knew how to use it properly. I also have free weights which I would be willing to use if I knew how.
Rhonda
P.S. Can you tell me what plyometrics are?
