Has anyone heard when the new Sephora store will be opening at Village Pointe? It's one of my favorite stores that I've ever been to, and I was so excited that we'll be having one close by. Shadow Lake Towne Center is quite the hike for me, so I rarely make it down there.
If you've never been to Sephora, I urge you to check it out. They have cosmetics, skin care, make-up, bath and body products, hair care, perfume, and more, and they carry all kinds of lines and brand names that you can't find in Omaha. The Sephora store at Shadow Lake Towne Center is a mini-boutique inside the J.C. Penney store there, but I'm hoping that the Sephora that's going into Village Pointe is going to be one of their regular-sized stores.
The last product that I got at Sephora was truly amazing, and I almost never say that about make-up or skin care, but this time it was true. I got some Smashbox Photo Finish Primer. I kept reading about it in magazines and heard it was great. I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try. You apply it either under foundation or alone. It smooths your skin, evens out your skin tone, and plumps up little lines, and wrinkles. It really, really does! When I put it on, my skin feels as smooth as glass, and my make-up goes on really smoothly and stays put. It was worth every penny, and it's one of those products I'm going to make sure I never run out of!
