I just want to put in a plug for Cooking Light magazine. A friend gave me a subscription for Christmas, and I love the magazine already. The recipes are fast, easy, family-friendly, and extremely tasty. I've already made a pineapple cream-pie and a three-cheese ziti pasta bake that everyone loved, and I'm going to be trying more recipes this week. And best of all, the recipes are lighter with less sugar and fat and fewer calories.

I get that too, it's very good. It's nice to find something that has recipes that aren't that complicated to do. If something calls for fennel or something I figure it's going to be more trouble than it's worth if I'm short on time.
