Activity Center at Mahoney State Park

On the last day of my son's Christmas vacation from school, we met some friends at Mahoney State Park and spent most of the day at the indoor Activity Center. The kids had a blast, and it was great to spend some time with some of the mom friends I used to hang with before our kids all started kindergarten. We decided to meet there again on President's Day. My son wanted to go ice skating in the outdoor rink that is connected to the Activity Center, but I told him that it was too cold that day and that I would take him on a warmer day. The rink is a very manageable size for young skaters to navigate. I'm writing about this because I know how difficult it can be to come up with ideas for things to do in the lull following the busy holidays. For more information, check out the link below.
