Did anybody see this article in the paper the other day about Dr. Laura Jana? She's a pediatrician in town who's written a new book. She also has a website, www. drlaurajana.com. In the article, she mentions that she tells parents not to bother with otc medications for the coughs and colds that kids get, and that we should think whether we give those for the kids or just to help ourselves.
I don't want to give my kids somehing useless but I'm not sure its a bad thing to give them something that does help them - and me - sleep.
