My neighbor told me that a new Panda Express restaurant just opened tonight at 156th and Maple Streets. According to my neighbors' daughters, the food was yummy, and the restaurant was giving out free stuffed pandas. I'm not certain how long the grand opening festivities will last. I searched the company's website, www.pandaexpress.com (http://www.pandaexpress.com), and found that there is a Panda Express at 175th and Center, but the Maple street location wasn't listed yet. I've eaten at Panda Express in other states when I've been traveling, and it's very, very delicious. So, if you're a fan of Chinese food like I am, definitely stop in and give it a try.
