Every fall/winter when the weather gets dry, my son gets these bumps all over the backs of his arms. I've tried every kind of lotion there is, but nothing seems to help. This year, it's started in already. Do anyone else's kids have this problem? Have you tried anything that's worked? Thanks. Veronica
