Looking for a child dentist in Papillion/Bellevue/Lavista

I am looking for a child dentist in the papillion/bellevue or even Lavista Area. I am looking for someone who is great with kids and it is a kid friendly area. I am so scared of dentists myself that I want my little girl to see that dentist are good and it can be a good experience so seh doesnt have teh same fear growing up!

Any and all help would be greatly apperciated.

Hi Amber,
I don't know of a dentist in that area, but if you are willing to drive a bit I would recommend Dr. Dana on 120th and Center. She's great and has a great waiting room for the kids. My children look forward to going to the dentist (wierd, I know). I myself am scared to death of the dentist and used to even get anxious when taking them! either way, in my experience, I suggest you find a female dentist. I think that they are alittle gentler and more nurturing. just my opinion

My kids LOVE their dentist! I highly recommend him and his staff - Dr. George Rakes. He has two offices--one in Bellevue (291-6577) and one in Millard (895-1900). I was even nervous bringing my kids when they were younger--but I have to admit that I now enjoy these visits since my kids are so excited to go. Is it the toys? Is it the new toothbrush? No--I think it's the tv on the ceiling!
