I attended the fresh pasta class and I wanted to rush home and cook fresh pasta for my family. Fresh pasta is just one of those things that sound way too difficult to do so I have never tried. The instructor broke everything down into basic steps and way very energetic and entertaining. Oh, you also get to taste everything she cooks! Yummy:)

Here is a list of their upcoming classes. You do need to pre-register by calling 391-3824. They are located in Regency Court at 120 Regency Pkwy.

Thanks momof2boys.

These sound great, and they're FREE! What could be better? I can't wait to try one.

I also wanted to take this opportunity to let everyone know that Whole Foods has a variety of great classes for people of all ages, and most of the classes are either low cost or no cost. My son has attended Whole Foods Half-Pints cooking classes for the last two years. I took a free flower arranging class, and the great thing about that was I got to take a fresh flower arrangement home with me. I'm wanting to take some of the cooking classes they offer, particularly Indian Food. If you would like more information about Whole Foods' class schedule, click on http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/calendars/RGY.html

If any of our visitors know of any other free cooking classes offered around town, please write and let us know.
