Recommendations for Thai Food?

Can anyone recommend a good Thai restaurant in the Omaha area? Thanks. Veronica

I love Thai food! We have tried several Thai restaurants in Omaha and our favorite one so far is Mai Tai at 144th and Center. It is in the same plaza as Bag N Save, next to a Stride Rite store. The food there is sooooo good. It's a very small place, and the decor is unremarkable, but the food! It's awesome.

We also like Thai Spice at 156th and Dodge in Pepperwood Plaza. We get take-out from there often and they have very generous portions - we usually get 3 meals out of one takeout portion (though sometimes we have to make more rice). Food is good, and as the name implies, it tends to be on the rather spicy side.

There is also a Thai restaurant over in the Lakeside area. Thai Kitchen, I think? It's not bad. Given the choice, I would probably go the Mai Thai or Thai Spice instead.

There is also a place called Taste of Thailand over at 156th and Center but I haven't tried it yet. I just looked at their web site and they are closed for vacation now, so maybe I'll give it a shot in a couple of weeks. I have also heard good things about Bangkok Cuisine downtown but I have not had a chance to try it yet, either.
