The Douglas County Fair is at the Qwest Sept 25-28th. They're now taking entries for a lot of prize categories, including scrapbooking, crafts, cooking and photography. You can get info about the Fair and download an entry form here:

Btw, they have some interesting NEW catagories this year. Some of them are:

Fine Arts - Interior Design (Division 10) & Table Design (Division 11)

Photography - Totally RAD! Digitals (Division 8)

Crafts - LEGOS (Division 17)

Crafts - Construction - Knex/Lincoln Logs/Building Blocks (Division 18)

A county fair in an urban area really does have to change with the times, don't they? Those are pretty good categories to add. Even more rural counties have had to downplay the farm angle because they weren't getting nearly the same number of entries they used to.
