Disney is a great one for finding new ways to sell tickets and merchandise for a particular story. They've made Broadway versions of movies, and now they're even putting "High School Musical" on ice. I guess the stories Disney produces lend themselves to this sort of thing. I don't imagine "Casablanca on Ice" would go over very well. "Schindler's List on Ice" would be a complete non-starter, too.
