That's great news on the home page that Coco Key is going to open soon at Holiday inn. I wonder what it will cost for a day pass. Has to be cheaper than driving to KC for Great Wolf.

Hi, drobyn.
According to CoCo Key's website, www.cocokeyresort.com (http://www.cocokeyresort.com), day passes will be $20 per person Monday through Friday, $38 per person on Saturday, and $28 per person on Sunday. For an overnight hotel stay, an introductory rate of $139 for up to four people will be available.

Another water park is opening in the Omaha metropolitan area. Will we still need to drive to KC to visit Great Wolf Lodge? We'll have to wait and see.
Bellevue Indoor Water Resort
Set to Open in November
Fast upon the heels of the CoCo Key Resort grand opening in September, the Great Adventure Water Resort, another all-weather indoor water park, is scheduled to open the first week of November. Located at the former Days Inn Bellevue at 1811 Hillcrest Drive, Great Adventure Water Resort is a 42,000 square-foot facility that will feature 10 slides, a lazy river, a 30-person hot tub, an activity pool, a toddler area, a wave pool, a large play area, and a dumping bucket.
Like CoCo Key Resort, Great Adventure Water Resort will also offer day passes in addition to overnight hotel stays. According to Great Adventure’s website, day passes will be $35 for adults, $25 for children 7-13, $15 for children 3-7, and $10 for children 0-3. (Hopefully, the website will eventually clarify the admission rate for 7-year-olds and 3-year-olds.) Today’s Omaha World-Herald mentions a $10 discount if passes are purchased at No Frills supermarkets. The same article also states that the rate for overnight stays at the hotel will be $99 on weekdays and $129 on weekends. Season passes to the water park will also be available. Birthday parties, group events, and other special events can also be scheduled.
Watch this website for more details as the grand opening date approaches.

I guess the prices are in line with what you'd pay for some other all-day amusement places. I'll be looking for coupons though.
